FAQ category
Booking & Quotes
Beginning a request and understanding the review process.
How do I request a quote?
Begin with the Journey Brief. It captures the group, route, date, timing and belongings so the team can review the request before recommending a setup.
Start a Journey BriefWhat is the Journey Brief?
The Journey Brief is the starting record for a new request. It keeps the information needed for fit review together and does not itself confirm a booking.
What information should I have ready?
Provide the service type, pickup and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, vehicle preferences, stops, flight details when relevant, accessibility needs and contact information.
What happens after I submit the Journey Brief?
A Journey Advisor reviews the request and sends a confirmation update within 2 business hours. Availability, fit and pricing are not confirmed until the human review and proposal process are complete.
How far in advance should I submit a request?
Submit the Journey Brief as soon as your route, date and group requirements are known. Toronto Sprinter does not publish a universal booking cutoff, and availability still requires review.

Fleet & Capacity
Selecting a configuration through a need-first Fit Review.
Which Sprinter options are available?
The public lineup includes 11-Passenger, 14-Passenger, Jet, Party Limo, and Luggage and Equipment Support Sprinter categories.
View Our Sprinter LineupDoes passenger capacity confirm the right vehicle?
No. A published seating category is only one input. Final fit also depends on belongings, equipment, accessibility, comfort expectations, configuration and the complete journey.
How is luggage capacity assessed?
Checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and equipment are reviewed with the passenger plan. Passenger seats are not treated as luggage space.
Do I need to choose the vehicle myself?
No. You may share a preference, but the recommended setup follows the Journey Brief and human Fit Review.
Can I include child-seat requirements?
Yes. Add the requirement to the Journey Brief so it can be reviewed before the operating setup is confirmed.
FAQ category
Airport & Transportation Services
Coordinated group movement across common journey contexts.
Can I request an airport transfer?
Yes. Select the relevant airport service type and provide the direction, airline and flight number when applicable so the journey can be reviewed in context.
How should I include stops or expected waiting time?
Add known stops, their sequence and expected waiting time to the Journey Brief. The reviewed proposal establishes the confirmed scope and applicable terms.
Do you support corporate transportation?
Yes. Toronto Sprinter supports corporate group transportation, including coordinated stops, communications and recurring movement patterns where the requirements are reviewed.
Explore ServicesCan I request transportation for an event or wedding?
Yes. Events and weddings are supported journey contexts. Include arrivals, departures, passenger groups, stops and timing so they can be reviewed as one plan.
Can Toronto Sprinter review intercity or other group travel?
Yes. Use the Journey Brief to describe the route, group, belongings and timing. The team will review whether the requested setup and service level fit the journey.

Tours & Excursions
Private charter planning for hourly and daily tour requests.
Can I request a private Sprinter tour?
Yes. Private charter tours are an approved journey context. Choose Hourly Services or Daily Tour as appropriate and describe the group and itinerary.
Can the itinerary include multiple stops?
Yes. Add the locations, sequence and expected timing so the complete itinerary can be reviewed as one coordinated journey.
How do I specify the tour duration?
Hourly Services requests collect the requested number of hours. Daily Tour requests collect the requested number of days.
When might CanaTrip be relevant?
Toronto Sprinter evaluates the Sprinter solution first. If a different iWelcome family service genuinely provides a better solution, the team can discuss that option without asking you to restart the request.
FAQ category
Pricing, Changes & Policies
What becomes authoritative before and after acceptance.
How is pricing prepared?
Pricing is prepared after the Journey Brief and fit requirements are reviewed. Toronto Sprinter does not publish an automatic final price before human proposal review.
Can additional stops or waiting affect the proposal?
They form part of the journey scope. Include them in the Journey Brief so the proposal can reflect the reviewed route, timing and operating requirements.
How are changes to an accepted journey handled?
Material changes use the approved change workflow. A message or AI recommendation never silently changes the accepted operating record.
Where can I review cancellation, refund and payment terms?
Public universal terms are not currently published. Review the exact terms attached to your proposal and contact the team before acceptance if anything is unclear.
