This notice explains how information submitted through the Toronto Sprinter website is used to answer questions, review transportation requests and support customer service.

Information we collect
We collect the contact, journey, passenger, luggage, accessibility and service information you choose to provide through forms, email, telephone or Live Concierge. Technical security records may also be created when you use the website.
How information is used
Information is used to understand your request, prepare a fit review or proposal, communicate with you, support an approved journey, prevent misuse and maintain operational records. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation.
Service providers and AI
Toronto Sprinter may use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, maps and AI-supported concierge guidance. AI recommendations are advisory. Human-approved operational records always override AI output, and final operational decisions require human review.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared only with personnel and service providers who need it to respond to or operate the requested service, or when required by law. We do not sell submitted journey information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational accountability and applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask a question without using Live Concierge, and you may contact the reservations team to request access to or correction of information you submitted, subject to operational and legal record-keeping requirements.
Security and contact
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. Do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, government identification or unnecessary medical details through the website.
